Freelancers (Marketing) – N2,500/Day

Job description:

Our client is in the food business, a quality executive 5-star restaurant on the island and in the heart of Lagos state. This is a 100% remote job for interested applicants in Lagos.

You are promoting the restaurant (online & offline) and its services. You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market penetration.

Responsibilities:

Word of mouth advert: Advertising to both primary and secondary targets with both targets having an interest in Food, fine dining, and a relaxation spot respectively.
Customer Conversion and Data: Ensure that they follow the restaurant’s socials, they give their contact info in exchange for a first-course meal and (or) discount vouchers between N1,000 and N5,000 to use at the restaurant.
Brand Management: Manage and strengthen the restaurant’s brand identity across all online and offline marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and messaging.
Campaign Management: Planning and executing offline marketing campaigns to target key customer segments and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Market Research and Analysis: Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Individual marketing brilliance, no degree required.
Proven experience, 3 years minimum in marketing management roles, preferably in the food industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, social and traditional marketing techniques, and market research methodologies.
Demonstrate success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition and retention.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.

Competitive Compensation:

N2,500 / day
